Clean business hotel with diligent staff. Satisfactory breakfasts with local food. Particularly good, incredible location close to shops and restaurants. Just next door to Brazil, Isaura and restaurants centers and shopping centers. What a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble.

the location right beside a good shopping mall
the restaurant was not pleasant to stay, there is not a correct ventilation from the kitchen and the room smells fat, when we leave the restaurant our clothes are smelling too; and the air conditioner was too cold.

The staff were responsive and genuinely helpful and the pool was nice. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants centers, good restaurants, pubs, drugstores, gifts, toys and amenities and the cafe Mr Antonio. Had some takeout meals at Panelinhas do Brasil, set next to the venue, I couldn't resist.

No iron in the room, nor you can get one from the reception. If needed, must use their pressing services and pay 100% extra if it's urgent. Room service staff doesn't speak English, both times got different dishes than ordered.

The hotel features a beautiful room decorated in earth tones. The bed felt plush. Getting to relax on the balcony in the evening enhanced my stay. Breakfast was top-tier, with options from fresh croissants to various eggs and fruits-definitely worth the extra charge. The team at breakfast, especially Robson and Rayan, made mornings brighter with their warm service. My experience wasn't all perfect. I encountered issues with the amenities. There was no hair dryer, and when I asked, it took a while to get a response. The shower leaked, and the air conditioner malfunctioned, frustrating. It's a shame because the hotel could shine with better attention to these details. I'd love to return if these issues were addressed.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast
The room was super spacious and clean, and the bed felt amazing. I loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit! The staff was great, giving that personal touch. Just wish the wifi was a bit faster, but it didn't ruin the vibe at all.
